It's been over 3 weeks since someone came to measure glass for balustrades and landing at my property. After calling them half a dozen times I was told finally they have staffing issues and that they can not get the quote out. Worst bit is they do not know when they can. Was told by Steve Brown who sounds like the owner that I would receive the quote in 3 days.
This review is down to sheer lack of customer service and disappointment as these guys are meant to be the best local glass provider in our region. I would avoid these guys as it sounds like they will delay any projects you have.
