Was told to arrive by 1 for the walk-in but this turned out to be irrelevant as it was a case of whoever scrambled to the desk first at half 1, regardless of who got there early. Maybe the ticket system should start upon arrival, not when we're given the paperwork?
Beyond reception, my experience couldn't have been better. Valerie was absolutely lovely with a great sense of humour, which really puts you at ease. And yes if you don't have an appointment you have to wait, max 2hrs. So if you don't like waiting make an appointment!.
