Ann and Richard were perfect hosts and we decided to eat in the pub every night. Great choice on the menu all perfectly cooked by Richard. Definitely the best value B & B we have stayed in for years and a great place for exploring Suffolk

Works Christmas do was good as well - we even had a dance floor! Looking forward to the new bed and breakfast accommodation. Not many of these little independant family pubs around now - such a shame.
